ROOM   DESCRIPTIONS ~ All our rooms have beautiful views of Mount Shasta, many have fireplaces, and now all rooms have wireless internet hookup for your laptop!  And, of course, a delicious breakfast is served daily. *We are open year 'round  "In season" is May - Memorial Day - through September 30 "Off Season" is Oct. 1 to Memorial Day We have a two-night minimum for the EDSON & SHASTA SECRET rooms on weekends only. Monday through Thursday, single nights welcome.

• EDSON ROOM (pictured at left). The Edson Room boasts a King size bed, fireplace and a therapeutic whirlpool tub (and shower) with plenty of mineral salts. Make your night in front of your fireplace memorable. off season: $150 in season:  $175 SPECIAL: Stay two+ nights, pay off season rates of $150/night

• TWIN PEAKS ROOM (pictured at right) has twin views of both Mount Shasta and Black Butte, a king bed and a private shower and bath. ($150 all year)

(2-night minimum on weekends only)

• SHASTA SECRET ROOM (At left) has king bed, recliner, table, 2 chairs, chess set, fireplace, private bath and a view of beautiful Mt.Shasta. off season: $150 in season:  $175 SPECIAL: Stay two+ nights, pay off season rates of $150/night

• MAGIC MOUNTAIN ROOM  (At right) has a queen bed and fireplace, and panoramic windows boasting beautiful views of both Mount Shasta and Black Butte. The private bath is just across the hall. ($125 all year)

Kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as a cozy sitting room are available to all guests.

HOST

David Knowles has been owner and host of Shasta MountINN Retreat and Spa since 2005. He wanted to open a special place, where people felt more like friends, with a mission statement of: "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care". Of the many things David's done in his life, this retreat has brought the most satisfaction and pleasure. With David's passion for massage and his love for meeting people, this has been his most rewarding adventure. After growing up in Southern California, raising his four children in Hawaii, and living a short time in San Francisco, he delights to experience the four seasons, the clean water and air, and the spiritual energy of Mt Shasta. With his daughter working for Hawaiian Air, he's easily able to enjoy his 9 grandchildren. At age 11, where David learned Martial Arts, he frist learned massage as part of his Judo training and ultimately earned a second degree black belt. His love for nature earned him Eagle Scout status in Boy Scouts at age 13. After his grandmother's urging during a change in life in 1993, he went to massage school. In 1996, he became a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and passed the state boards in Hawaii. From David's love of decorating and a background in the furniture business, he was able to furnish this bed and breakfast in a simple, clean and nurturing environment.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in time is between 2pm and 9pm. Check out time is by noon. Please call for alternate arrangements. We're happy to accommodate you if we can.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I am just a little inn with four rooms, so a cancellation has a big impact. If you need to cancel, a four day notice is requested.
